            The bus just roams around at the starting poont. Good one hour delay at the start. Then all goes for a delay. Poor poor poor punctuality.

            No bus ever showed up. Staff claimed the bus was broken down. They drove us around in circles near the Dadar bus stand in a van, hustling for more riders, then they jammed us all into small taxi cabs--it was especially cramped for the 3 unfortunate guys stuck in the back seat. The taxi didn't take us into Lonavala at all. It just dropped us, with our luggage, out on the freeway. We had to walk down the freeway exit ramp, past the toll booth, to a petrol pump where we had to get a grossly overpriced 3 wheeler to take us to our hotel in Lonavala. The good parts? Well, we left Mumbai only about half an hour late--but it looked like it was going to be a lot later, because your staff refused to let our taxi leave until they found someone to jam into the 6th seat. The other good part was that we eventually got there.

            Staff needs to be more attentive to customers and needs to give the bus that we book during online, I booked a bus which was 13 seater and they put me in big Volvo, though I reached on time but did not like bus swap

            A journey of 2 hours is covered within 4 hours. This is how punctual your service is. If a person is to reach somewhere urgent, I am sure he can never rely on your service. Not that there was traffic, but the delay is due to time consumption at the various stops. Please take the TIME that is spent at various stops into consideration while calculating your total journey time so that person will choose wisely next time. People pay more for good service but this time consuming service was the only fault. Please take this suggestion into consideration for upgradation of your services.

            The staff behaviour was pathetic to every one. The bus was late. My seat was being used by someone else. Over all very bad service by the travel agency and the bus. Mercedes benz was booked and got a normal neeta volvo. The agent was way to rude with a care free attitude.

            I request all travelers not to travel with redbus.in as I have booked Mercedes Bus and your people has provided me general bus, the destination given to me was not even right and I paid extra charges to travel to another place, the time given to me was not even perfect and bus came after 1.30 hours. It was the worst experience and going to file complain in consumer protection against it...

            There was some problem with the Neeta buses on the day we were supposed to travel. The Neeta buses were running late and we were asked to travel in a different bus. Fortunately, the staff helped us by requesting other bus operator to accommodate us.

            I had booked the bus for 8.20 AM. The bus got cancelled. Later on I came to know that more buses were cancelled that morning as I saw passengers from 7 AM bus were still stranded with me. The bus finally departed at ~10.30 AM (2 hrs late). Secondly, I had booked seater ticket so that we could comfortably talk since I was travelling with a friend and it was a 2 hr journey. They still alloted me a sleeper bus where there were 2 seats vacant (not adjacent to each other). We still wanted to chat and hence, sat on one seat which was very uncomfortable given the height problem. Third, the staff present at Dadar office did not have any clue about how many seats have been booked online. They were selling extra tickets in the office than the total number of seats in the bus. It was such a chaos. When I reached there and showed my online booking SMS, they just cancelled 2 tickets they had sold offline and returned their money. When I asked about this, they told they did not know how many tickets were sold online already. It came as a huge surprise to me that they were "bindaas" selling extra tickets and then "adjusting" people around as they did to us. Overall, it was a pathetic start to our long weekend holiday. I generally do not write many reviews. However, I have made such an effort to type this just so that redbus should take some action against NEETA TRAVELS. The travel agent sucks big time. Please discontinue this travel agent or ensure the safe and timely journey of passengers who have booked their tickets online.

            1. Departure time was 12.50 pm, but the bus left at 02.00 pm. 2. I have booked my ticket through redbus online booking , but I got some different seat, so there is no meaning of online bookings. The above two disadvantage occur.

            I had booked a Window seat in Neeta Bus from Dadar to Lonavala. But when i had finally boarded the bus, that window seat was already occupied by some other passenger and when confronted the bus staff, they said that seat booking is only on papers and that not valid during the actual travel.

            i had booked buses through Redbus.in last time. It was a good experience.. but when i booked bus this time on the website it was mercedes Benz. But the bus was an old bus from Neeta. i had to get down at Lonavala. the staff didnt even tell us once we reached Lonavala. we had to get down 30 kms away from Lonavala and had to spend another 300 rs to reach Lonavala. Worst experience till date. Will never use Redbus to book tickets.
