Blankets were not provided as Royal Express normally does. But overall a decent journey.

            13-Feb-2016

Royal express has no sense of punctuality. Almost missed exam schedule at Ahmadabad.

            30-May-2015

Kindly try to be at time and load the courier before the journey itself as it saves the time. When the bus is empty driver stops on road anywhere to get passengers, wasting a lot of tme

            15-May-2015

The reporting time was 6:00pm and the scheduled departure was 6:15pm. The bus did not turn up tillafter 7:00pm and passengers were standing on the footpath at Dadar without any arrangements. However, I was dropped off at the destination on time. The bus was okay but there was no plug point for mobile phone charging and the personal lights too were not working. And there was massive reluctance to allow use of the toilet.

            27-Mar-2015

arrival timing was 8.15 at borivali..and bus came at 9.30. I have to seat outside the office of royal express for 1 and half hour. Even the staff has not offered me to seat inside the office untill bus came.

            18-Mar-2015

Bus was 2 Hrs Late. My reaching time was 11 am but I reached at 1.30 . Worst experience.

            19-Jun-2014

GOT TO SELECT A WRONG SEAT, IT WAS CUT DUE TO DOOR, COULD NOT SLEEP FULL NIGHT.
