This is by far my worst experience of travel. A night before the actual travel date, I got a call from the transport informing me about bus cancellation due to bus breakdown. Then I booked another ticket for a different travel mode. The next morning, I got a call that they had arranged a different bus to which I asked them to cancel my ticket as I had actually booked a different ticket to which they easily agreed. Now whats troubling here is that that they did not actually cancelled the ticket and I have probably lost my money. Interestingly, 4 of my friends had booked tickets for the same journey from their respective accounts and the same happened to them as we were on the trip together only. I am highly disappointed.
