Bus was delayed almost 2 hours
The behavior of the staff was horrible after an awfully late arrival of the bus. When questioned about the time the staff has absolute no sense of regret, he expects the customer to accept this as a part of routine life. Im sorry to say this, but was doubtful as to who paid the money for service. Was it me or kallada????
Left without pick up from the boarding point though I was there 30 mins before STD....
I was on my way from chennai the previous day to coimbatore so that i can get a connecting bus to thrissur. Prior to arrival in Coimbatore i called them and informed the agent that i would be delayed by 10 minutes for which they replied we would be leaving from Coimbatore only by 8AM instead of 6:30AM. I reached Omni Bus Stand Coimbatore at 7:45AM. I called the agent and they told me am supposed to be there in Byepass road at 8AM not the initial pickup point. Well they didnt tell me about it and i clearly i lost my money and time in coimbatore and had to take a local transport to Thrissur and luckily it reached on time. The Staff behaviour was so rude was he asked me to disconnect the call. I made up my mind i will never travel with Kallada Travels again. Am sure this is only part of your survey and this wouldnt matter Kallada Travels as well because thats the way they do business. Thanks
