i had booked a ticket with aeon, for journey from coimbatore to cochin.
my pick up point was L & T by-pass (aman bakery).....i reached there 5 mins before time. since i was the only one, the bus driver took another route which was shorter, instead of passing from L & T bypass.. then the driver calls and says he has taken another route. i didnt undertsand why he would chuck out what his route was actually supposed to be, just because there was just one passenger. luckily my husband had come to drop me in car. the driver said he can pick me up from the next stop which was 40 kms away from my actual pick up point! that was highly disappointing. so we sped towards his next stop and i got inside.
one more thing, why can't u keep atleast one staff who can speak hindi or english? it was so hard to communicate on phone. i had to get down at the airport and they couldn't understand even that. somehow i managed.
all in all, i reached on time, but it was totally unprofessional and stupid to chuck out a pick up point despite showing that online and then asking your passenger to travel 40 kms to the next stop! i could have missed my flight just because of your silly driver's negligence!
