The bus was very good. But the staff was not at all good. First the travel company should appoint a staff who can speak Hindi. It is impossible to make them understand anything. Second is staff should be honest. The bus have to stop at 13 stops, as mentioned on red bus, but as first stop arrives, the staff come and say get out of bus. I said this is first stop, why should I get out here, he replied this is final stop buss will not go beyond here. I was trying to explain him the stops given on redbus but he denied to listen anything. I asked one more passenger about it, he told me that he also don't know why staff is saying this but as he told the staff where he want to get off, the staff agreed to drop him there. Likewise I also told staff that I want to get off at this point, than he agreed.
