Bus quality was very poor. The bed wasnt clean and so was the blanket. No water bottle was given and the luggage storage space was really small when compared to other sleeper buses.
What I mean by staff behaviour is not the individual staff. The company does not bother about the customers convenience at all. They did not have a plan to halt at least after 4 hours journey. The elders and the kids suffer most. The bus started by 10 pm and it made the first halt at 4am only. It was horrible and most inhumane. Otherwise, the bus was very well maintained and everything else was good.
it has an excellent facilities and quite comfortable. orange travels is the best so far. the staff are great. I will only use another bus when orange travels is not there. but they should try to work on there punctuality.
A worst travel I ever got by booking from redbus. Bus time is 22:15 and the bus started only by 23:30, which means 1:15 hours delay.Public were shouting for the delay, yet no action taken by travels. Secondly While I book ticket it says, AC semi sleeper, but there was no AC in the bus.Totally I had a very bad experience during this travel.
