    bus was neat and without any smell. waiting room at boarding area was good, with charging facility. i prefer SRS for coimbatore to Bangalore travel

    Quality is a concern. this can be improved. some sheets were wet due to rain.

    KPN didnt even have a bus support driver or cleaner. Only 1 driver was present. He went to have a tea in mid of the journey, when he came back he just started the vechile and moved. Didnt even check who all came down etc..........
