Worse travel experience, bus got delayed by 2 hours to the committed arrival time, staff is very casual & CARELESS when asking about the delay in reaching. Instead, staff is suggesting to complain to the office. Hes least bothered & have no respect for others emergencies & time.
Bus seating is very poor condition. Even water bottle is not provided. Response of bus staff is very poor. But timing is good.

Bus journey was a bumpy ride, even though my seat was in the middle of the bus. But the services and punctuality is spot on!
