the bus reached extremely late. the driver was driving slow and stopping at unnecessary points.
The bus was leaking throughout. It is not proper on the bus staff to drop a lone lady traveller at Perangalathur a far away place from city. They should have guided her properly and atleast dropped her at Koyambedu in the City.Hereafter I will not trouble the bus operators by booking in their Bus.Thank you.
While I have no complaints about the timings, the seats were a bit stained, the blankets were smelly and the staff were unruly. They were picking up fights among themselves, and screaming at other road users - appeared to be quite uncouth.
The bus name was AC non stop express, but it was slowing down in the beginning of the journey itself. Also, it broke down in coimbatore for around 3 hours. Finally another bus came which was an ordinary bus with no AC. The new bus was going slow again and was not in good condition. Finally reached Chennai by 3.00 PM next day!.
