Not wat was expected from a class traveller like Kallada. The quality and the timing was poor also. The bus was to start at 4.30 but started at 5pm and reached by morning 8.30am more than 15 hours very poor....
booked ybm ac sleeper.bus broke down.they took us on a non ac seater to Chennai.no apology msgs or calls from ybm.
The bus had a breakdown at Coimbatore and from there on my full ac sleeper bus became a non a.c. non sleeper bus, lost my sleep and got a bad back pain
