The bus which is mentioned in red bus,and which i am traveled bus its a different name.almost it took 15hours to reach chennai.Almost 90 minutes the bus was waiting for the different reasons.Better not to choose this.
THE WORST TRAVEL IN MY LIFE .....PUNCTUALITY IS VERY POOR AND YOU CHARGED ME THE HIGHEST AMONG OTHERS ...........
Booked tickets for Sona A/C Express Travels, got some other bus which was named Mahadeva. Start was delayed by 10-15 minutes may be due to holiday rush, so we ignored that. The bus was waiting at some checkpost near coimbatore for 2 hours i am not sure for why they came and collected boarding pass and while all buses just waited for 5-10 minutes this one took 2 hours which made the journey even more lenghier. While reaching chennai on the outskirts being monday and long holiday return traffic was mess. The bus had a small accident with a car and again there was a delay. Overall the bus which was supposed to reach by 8 am in the morning came by 1130. Ticket cost was 2199 for a normal AC bus which itself is very high. Travels can mint money on long holidays but not on the cost of punctuality and comfort of the customer. I had written feedback in the past as well with redbus till now I have not got any reply either.
blanket is thin. please improve it
