My travel experience with SRE was very bad, frustrating and I felt myself insulted by the staff behavior. I have booked Seat number 1 a day before my travel and expected the travel would be safe and secure. But I got surprised to see that the bus was delayed by 1 hr and the seat booked by me was given to someone else by bus agent . The bus conductor was in fighting mood when I ask him to provide me the seat which I booked. I was insulted, harassed with bad words in-front of everyone. I tolerated all the insult for the mistake done by bus staff.
I booked the seat of my choice for my convenient and if I we will get these kind of treatment and surprises then what is the point in booking ticket online?
I request you to please take a strict action against the bus agent and driver who are giving bad names to both service provider and redbus.
