I have travelled for the last 5 years in your service. Last one month, timing is worst. As there are some delays expected Near Marthandam, why can't start little earlier to compensate the delay ?
It is a new bus..... But the smoothness is little low because of continuous sudden brakes........ Overall it is good
Which i am travel i met accident in this same bus but my relative met big injury she admitted GH in Ramanatha puram but nobody take response of the same from universel .Very bad Quality they maintaining
Boarding time was 23:00 instead of 19:00 as per schedule. No communication from bus service side for delay. 80 km was traveled by ordinary bus instead of multi Axel Volvo. Very poor from service provider. No body from travel side gives responsible answer.
The bus arrived at 6.30am 2 hour late
Everywhere they are stopping to load/unload cargo. This is leading to huge delay.
1st we traveled in one bus that bus is good. after karikall they are shifted to other bus that bus is not good condition and no time keeping
My travel was so miserable yesterday up to Madurai it was fine after that they told the bus was impaired so they arranged another seated bus but they send that particular pkr bus to cheenai with full passanger we passenger asked you told lie to us but the staffs used unparlimentary words among that one of the staff told we will pay you the compensation for the sleeper seat but they cheated all of as i ever come across such a dirty travel ever before so please I request you to make a severe enquire about this matter please and give the solution. Eeven with some of the passenger the staffs asking additional money...
Nice but to travel from chidambaram to south as it is operating through the shortest route the travelling time was much minimized. more over the bus was clean and it maintains punctuality and the staff was very friendly
