They change the bus near Karaikal but it was not mentioned. I traveled from Chidambaram to Madurai

the bus timings are mention wrongly. then the bus reached at karaikal 6.10 am and very long time stay in karaikal. therefore i arrival at chidambaram 9.00am only. waste on one hour and that day i put half day leave my office. universal travel do this in every day told some regular passengers. this is my first journey in universal travels. bad impression.

cust was booked in A/C sleeper through but was provided with seater one.

It was bad time that i have decided to travel in universal b travels,There are many reasons that i had aversion with this travel as follows 1) Departure time 7 pm but bus reached at 7.45 pm at chidambaram 2) Boarding point at chidambaram but they took me to karaikal for boarding By NON AC bus to karaikal where i have travelled 2 hours along with my 2 kids and wife and also with 7 more passengers, 3)when we reached karaikal the volvo bus which i was booked is already left by left all ten passengers on the road.4)staff at karaikal is not responded properly, finally after a great fought bus came back and took the passengers.
