I had actually booked my return tickets for me and my wife from Chidambaram to Chennai. My boarding time was 11:59 PM, having this timing in mind we planned our trip. However someone called up around 9:30 PM and told me that bus will arrive at my boarding point only by 1:45 AM. I had no clue what to be done at the middle of the night, that too a lady besides. All the more worse even at 1:45 my scheduled bus hadnt arrived to the boarding point. The staff was at least kind enough to re-allocate us an alternate seat in a different bus. Horrible experience.
