I am not satisfied with the experience. Please look in to the points below
1. In cherthala the boarding point number given was not correct.
2. After a lot of struggle I found the number of the guy, who is taking care of the boarding location at cherthala. He is not at all responsive. He is even not listening to the queries from us. He is just simply disconnecting the call.
3. After reaching the boarding point we found that the office is closed, and we waited for the bus on the road side with lot of uncertainty that weather the bus will come here or not.
4. We waited on the road side in the heavy rains, no shelter was there. this was the most awkward situation in the journey.
