they are not interested to reach in time.frequently stopping for min20 minutes.nearly 4 hours not run the bus
They promptly call me in advance to tell that the boarding point has changed with an alternative that normally we dont like. The Bus cleaner cum facility assistant was not courteous, bit-tempered. The bus met with an accident and we were delayed by 3 hours.
The bus and travel was good. The staffs are cheat and they do not keep their word. I was book for a pickup from periamet at 1600 hrs. Though i reached well in time the bus did not turn up. When contacted through their (bharathi travels) agent i was asked to reach koyambet by auto and they promised to pay the auto charges. Rs. 150 was paid by me. When i contacted Mr Srikanth for refund he said the refund will be given in bus. It did not happen. While getting down i asked the driver he is not aware of anything like this. Then i contacted mr srikant over phone. he said the money was given to driver? i dont understand once i was available in bus why money was given to driver. it is evident that the staff is taking passengers for a ride. Folks do not choose this bus. Now i lost 150/- a day will come your luggage will be missing.
Bus came late. No update on late timings. Charger point in bus for mobile phones are not working. Driver behaviour rude when asked about charger point and bus arrival time.
