Took a upper Sleeper seat, however, since it was a normal Non a/c bus, the ride was very bumpy. Therefore, could not sleep the entire night. also to keep up the time, the bus was driven toooo fast. That added to a sleepless night!
BUS came very late.
The bus got cancelled you didnot even know that,and you people are asking for review . thats too pathetic , i called red bus for enquiry they said they will call me back in half an hour but they did not. because of the cancellation i was forced to cancel my return ticket to chennai and i lost around 300 bucks .worst experience
We had been to Velankanni on 30th April15 .....Onward journey was Good .... ut real sad to say the return was really screwed up on 2nd May15 .. the A/C did not work.... the staff did not even communicate that to the passengers in a proper way , no other arrangements was made ... no difference of amount was paid for travelling in a bus with no AC.
