Punctuality v v bad. Volvo bus against rs240 payment for scania. Bus halted for 40 min to pay tax.Reached 1.15 hrs late
I will never use this Seabird Tourists. Worst Tourists, before 1 hours called and told bus canceled, if you want to go you need to come to another place after 3 hours of actual boarding time. Due to this I lost doctor appointment.
1.5hrs delay in bus reached destination 3AM in night
The bus was in a very bad condition to begin with. Not maintained at all. Dirty exterior and interior. Half the seats werent working well and none of the seat holders were even present. Then the bus which was supposed to depart at 11:30, departed at 1. And as if that wasnt bad enough, the ac kept failing throughout the journey so, we had times where we traveled and kept sweating. And lastly the bus got punctured. I dont blame the travels or driver for this. Im not being unreasonable here, but the driver leaves all the passengers in there with the ac turned off BUT the engine was still running. This mad no sense whatsoever to any of the travelers. So yeah, I would never recommend this bus to anyone. I would like to be fair and give a fair review, also mentioning the positive aspects of my travel but there really arent any. I would however suggest redbus to discontinue showing sangita travels on their website or suggest sangita travels to change that bus and start maintaining their busses properly. Not to forget, also hire sensible drivers and polite staff who atleast have the decency to tell us about the delay and other problems and not leave is wondering.
