The bus operator came 1 hour late. On trying to contact him , he wasnt answering his phone. The bus was not maintained properly. The conductor was kind enough to get us an auto when we reached our destination.

I missed my flight due to 45 minutes delay in reaching the Omni bus stop. Never gonna use the services again. I did check with the operator twice about the time to reach destination before boarding the bus.
