I had booked two seats from Chennai to Vellore on the 5th of July, 2015. Even though I had chosen seats as given in the bus layout and I had a printed ticket with the seat numbers 1 and 2, but was not given the seats but was told that my seats are 7 and 8. I had specifically taken those seats as my right knee does not bend much due to an injury. I was very disappointed with the same. I would also like to add that the seat which I sat on was defected and it was slanting to one side. Looking at things the way they are going, I will not recommend red bus and Shama Sardar travels to anyone.
