I am a female passenger reserved the seat in advance. The accompanying seat was forcefully seated with a male passenger by the driver/conductor, as it was not yet reserved. Even after many attempts, I was told to move to last row seat if not willing to sit with a male passenger. I was told the other seat can not be left vacant just because a female is sitting in one seat with reservation. Only after I raised my voice and refused to move to last seat, the male was asked to vacate from my nearby seat and replaced by another female. Driver/Conductor behaved like thugs. It was a nightmare.
Only a shoulder bag kind of luggage can be kept in the portion allotted for keeping the luggages. Many of the luggages are kept on the floor only. The facility provided for keeping the water bottles or other small items are not in good condition. Departure time was delayed by half-an-hour. Unfortunately, I have booked my ticket for the return journey on the same Travels. In Karaikal, the bus stopped for more than half-an-hour without informing the passengers the reasons for such waiting. In future, I never prefer this Travels.
Rathimeena as usual maintained their Quality Standards. The only thing missing in this bus was the Blanket or Bedsheet which could have been provided for Sleeper Passengers. When buses are providing blankets for Sitting Passengers, This should only increase the experience of the passengers.
