During any natural disaster time, every private travels will charge more than 4 or 5 times of the normal charges thus harassing the people. But you did an excellant job of reducing the bus charges 50 percent. I salute the redbus.in service. EXCELLANT SERVICE. I WILL NEVER FORGET SUCH A TRAVEL GIVEN BY REDBUS.IN
Water was dripping from the AC line. Not sure whether it happened only in my seat or for everyone. Bus departure time was delayed but they managed to arrive on time.
The staff was not cooperative to allow me to get down at Potheri even when I told them before hand. Intentionally they stopped the bus two KM after my Potheri. I am a student and was late for my exam. There was no auto available and I had to walk 2 KM extra. Also just while boarding, they said the bus will reach Chennai by 9:30AM next morning. They probably had other plans to pick up extra customers on the way. However, bus reached Chennai not so late.
