For the Departure time passenger will rush to the bus stand leaving aside all their jobs and dinner too but they are casually they may take the bus after 1 hour so. Why the middle / youngsters prefer private bus thinking that the video to enjoy the movie whereas the video are in poor quality and lot of disturbance. With regard to delay in departure they suppose to intimate the passengers 2 hours in advance.
