    It was a horrible experience with AVS Travels. They were treat all passengers like a menace! specially their manager who travelled with the passengers on that day.

    The feed back given for Thrissur - Chennai trip will hold good for this trip also. In addition, we would like to point out that the flop down screens do not close back, which remains either partialky ooen or fully open resulting in head / forehead getting injured. This aspect needs to be attended to. Also, it has to be ensured that blanjets, covers, etc., in the seats are changed on completion of every trip.
