If I could select a zero star, that would have been most appropriate. I opted for a pick up from Sholinganallur. I was supposed to be picked up at 7:30 PM. But, I was told at around 8 PM that the pickup has been canceled. The boarding point closest to me is at an hours distance. The boarding time at this place was 8:30 and I could only reach there by 9. It was such an ordeal trying to get the correct information from Hebron customer care. Somehow, they agreed to hold the bus for a few minutes so that I could board it. They did not offer me any refund for the cab ride that I had to take because the pickup canceled at the last minute --- uh sorry after the pickup time passed. When I reached the boarding point, they told me bus was late and I thanked God. I was happy and tension free but did not know what's coming up next. The bus was late by 3 hours. This is exteremely poor and inefficient planning and poor customer service. I am never taking this bus again.
Oh, and I must mention that the bus was dusty and dirty. The blankets were dirty and full of dust as well. The driver had to stop the bus several times because there was some issue with breaks or tires. Totally unsafe. Please don't blame the driver, your management is wrong not the driver.
