Bus is not at all good. It was raining and in every seat we faced water leakage. All the passengers were irritated and frustrated because of that. And drop time mentioned as 5 AM and we reached destination at 10 AM. It was not good travel totally. I thought red bus will have quality buses but this time we felt thats wrong.

Travel was very bad, I have booked bus @9:00 PM, but they called around 16:00 that booked bus has been cancelled and i have to wait and take another bus @ 22:30. then i said ok. The bus which i have booked was Metro travels. Till 11:30 they did not notified me that another bus which they have arranged is another travells. I was searching for the bus name metro travels but I was forced to go on another travells name leeya. Please send the bus driver phone number to the customer who are boarding. yesterday it was waste of time for three hours. Redbus please make sure that travels send their drivers phone number before the time of boarding
