    Staff behaved very rudely and didnt allowed us to board the bus inspire we are chasing them behind the bus. Bad attitude reflected in his speech. They wantedly avoided us and provided that seats to someother passengers. Felt like chrated

    I booked a ticket for semisleeper Volvo bus which has to departure at 9.4pm,excalty 9.30pm the parveen travels informed us,the bus got breakdown it will take 30 more mintues so the departure will be at 10.30pm.Time crossed 11pm all the travellers started arguing with the travels office,they discussed with each other and finally informed the passengers at 11.30pm the bus was ccancelled,I am girl and many orher girls and family got shocked after hearing this at 11.30 pm after this it is not possible to book any other buses,we finally got a bus after a lots of arguments the bus departure at 1.30 pm from chennai ,,,,its a very worst experience,it is much disappointing once the trusted travels give such irresponsible answers.
