Staff are behaving very badly and misguide very well & make a very uncomfortable and awkward ride. As on checking time on website 6.30 pm pick up and 12.00 am drop at salem. In this trust I think I will get my train ticket to Mysore which is at 12.50am. By your help I miss my train by perfect timing of 3.00 am reach at salem. After I have a long travel and reach home at almost by afternoon and miss my Eid namaz. Thanks for make my memorable Eid.I have gave you 0 star rating for red bus service and parveen travels. Halfway through the journey, the bus had some issues with the brake. They made us wait for more than an hour and a half before suggesting that we board another KPN bus (which was already full), and we had to complete oir journey standing. Very bad from KPN.
The bus is not maintained well. In many seats the air condition water is drops through the air condition, so not able to sleep well.
Punctuality is not at all followed.... Around 8 hrs they used to reach salem...
