Worst in Punctuality and Staff behaviour. But the bus quality is Good
We have boarded from Chennai to reach Salem city. We were informed about half an hour before reaching Salem that we would be dropped in Erode Byepass (30 minutes from Salem city) and KPNs local transport bus will pick us up to drop in the city. About 11 people, got down at the Bye Pass and the bus operator told that the connecting bus would be there in 10 minutes. We were waiting for about 45 minutes and no such bus came. It was 10:45 by then and we started to move on by ourselves. After reaching home, we tried to register a complaint to the KPN State Bank Colony office and the response is totally immatured. We had a chance to talk with a person who told that he was the driver of the connecting bus and did not tell his name even after asking for many times. Saying that he reached the Bye pass pickup point within 10 minutes once the main bus had left and picked up and dropped about 20 people around the city. We were trying to explain him that we were waiting for more than 45 minutes and he would never listen to it. If you ever like to go to Salem by bus, please do not choose KPN and whichever would you choose, make sure to know where you will be dropped. This connecting bus concept is not working out in the night times.
Punctuality was very worst. Given departure time 10.45 pm but the bus came at 11.30pm. I tired of waiting at my boarding point. And bus driver drives average speed only. I didnt satisfied at this speed. Estimated arrivals time givens was 4.45 am but I reached Salem at 6.00am. And another one thing was booked seat number not given at first after 30minutes in SRM University was gives my own booked seat. Very worst service in SRM TRANSPORT.
Worst seat... I am not getting t effect of Ac... Particularly this journey... I am happy with previous journeys and all with kpn
