The bus was delayed so to maintain the time he made a very rash driving there was an incident to have an impact just escaped very unsafe driving
I have booked for an AC bus. The operator changed the bus, stating that AC did not work properly. The replacement bus was of very bad quality. All the parts were vibrating and worn out. The bus arrived one hour late at the pick up point.
Time management is very poor.
good response but prolonged the time of journey
