    I booked 2*1 seater but they allotted 2*2 seater,they keep on changing my seat here and there thereby making my journey very bad.I never had a worst travel like this so please do something to prevent theseincidents in future

    Universal Tranvels: A very worst experience. They have not keep the time. Bus in bad condition. Driver and clearners are drunked. Rash driving. A very worst travels. Red bus should not take charge of this type of travels. If not the the reputation of red bus would be gone.

    Driver was very rude for any question..Prefer this bus if you not getting other travels buses....
