Hi Team, I was under impression that redBus recommends some good buses only but I never expected redBus would recommend such bus Univaral. I traveled on 01/10/2015. The bus started from Koyambedu and it got break down at Nilangarai (Chennai). Thereafter driver communicated to the company and then every one in the company switched of their mobile. Till 5 AM in the next day morning no one didnt pick up the call. I took some other bus to reach my destination. After making 50 calls i was able to collect my money. redBus, please evaluate the company and add it in your service to book the ticket. This incident irritated like anything and I am trying to avoid redBus booking.
