Worst experience I ever had in my life. Believe not to happen anymore like this.
Bus came to boarding point in Koyambedu 2 hours late, and I booked ticket in Multi Axle Volvo, but they forced me travel in ordinary Volvo bus, and seats are small and its not comfortable at all, staff in the office didnt provide any reason why bus was late, and nowadays this travels failed to reach on time always, in the beginning they were perfect on time, and now they late by 1 to 2 hours daily, for up and return journey as well, people those who want to travel safely and comfortably use Parveen or SRM travels , totally disappointed with Hebron travels for forcing me to board in Volvo ordinary bus(single axle), very worst customer service.
Comfortable but there is a partiality in seating arrangement
