I am really sorry to say that better you ban this service provider from redbus. Bus came late by 1 hour. And the sms received from the traveller saying that bus number is KA 01 d 9595 but the actual bus number was different. And in the bus the name itself different. When the driver assistant drank. And some other passengers was sleeping with myseat. When I asked for my seat that started shouting and ask me to take to take the left out seat available. When i went to take my seat it was seems to be like going in to the cemetery. No ventilation. . Very worst travel i ever had with red bus. Now i have to think twice before making a reservation via red bus. Hope u understand.
Use responsible staffs ...they are not even picking the calls. .not checking passengers list while get in ..or in any breaks
