Travel was good and comfy
No time punctuality
They dont have any office or staff at the boarding point mentioned in the ticket. Even though I arrived there at 7.45pm no one was there or any intimation. I recevied sms at 8.35pm regarding Bus no and attendents mobile no.After repeated tries only I got connected and he just informed they will come soon. But to where and when is not mentioned. By 9.10 they arrived so I have to wait in agony even skipping my supper. Moreover AC was not cooled or unable to charge mobile as they have not switched on power to plugpoint. No water is served and late by more than 2.30 hours so I was forced to get down earlier than my destination and find alternate travel arrangment to meet the need of the day. A real HORRIBLE JOURNEY
