The reporting time was 8pm however i reached at 7:45pm waited the and kept call the company to know about the whereabouts of the bus but no use. the bus crosses my pickup location past 9pm. Then i got a call saying that i need to go 1km ahead as bus is standing there. Seat conditions were also bad. Torn seats, All in all bad experience. was supposed to reach at 9am however reached at 1pm.
Overall experience was okay. However, our experience was hampered when the officials messed up the bus number which was sent to the folks as sms. And further, the bus was delayed by more than an hour. It was supposed to reach koyambedu by 8pm and finally it reached by 9.30pm. Even after this it was again delayed by 20 mins waiting for someone. This wouldve been slightly better if the officials informed us that the bus will be delayed. Even when we spoke with the officials by 7.45pm about the arrival of the bus, they informed that it will be there within 5 mins and will leave in another 10mins. This made us rush to the spot unnecessarily. We can understand if the bus gets delayed due to some technical issues, but it has to be communicated to everyone in a proper manner and avoid confusion.
I have travelled on Kallada many times and was not happy with their punctuality or quality of service. But this time was a pleasant surprise. The bus was on time to leave and to reach, the vehicle was new and clean and staff behaviour was very courteous.
The whole day went waste due to 4.30 hrs late at final destination. Boarding point wait one and half hour. The name should be A Zero instead of A1.they are not bother about passengers, its a goods carrier.Never use A1 in future
