It was very very bad experience. The bus was totally down in midnight due to diesel empty..the staffs didnt checked the diesel level before they start...the whole night we all passengers suffered on middle way of ECR.Bus quality is very very bad..ther is no proper safety measures.. Like ..proper brake..driving controls...dont book universal travels..all the buses are old..but they are showing new buses when we book in online..I have raised the complaint for refund ..Redbus pls ensure my refund and dont permit this class of travels in future for online bookings....passengers life is more value than making money .. Pls act immediately and revert back..

Such a worst service ever I have experienced... I booked my ticket because of the trust on redbus, but the result was completely worse, not comfortable at all (as we cant even turn or to stretch our legs) Staff behaviour was in worst manner, Finally I lost trust on your service and it was not pleasant journey. It is doubtful that I can select redbus again and suggest my friend also.

The journey being night trip, it was very disturbing that the TV was kept on and even after telling the conductor / ticket checker the TV was not switched off. After requesting the driver at a place of halt, he agreed and we could have a good rest and sleep. It is requested that movies/songs may be avoided in night journeys for the comfort of passengers.
