            Customer Reviews

quality and staff behaviour is very good they just re routed the bus to tirupati for filling seats thats the general thing we have to understand that from they view.

Punctuality is horrible. Bus started 1 hour late. And they halted for 1 hour in Tripathi for filling up seats, not too sure if the money goes to SRM or the drivers. Finally arrived in Kakinada at 10:30 am.

I am travelled chennai to kakinada, AC not working, bus problem, Bus changed @ Vijayawada, 18hrs journey instead of 14hr

Kakinada arrival time is 10:00am instead of 7:00 am in morning. As they have included tirupati in new route

The fat driver ( don't know his name) was extremely rude. And just before I got into the bus, they tell me that they are not taking me to my destination by dropping me off 65 kilometres away from where I had to catch a govt bus. It's ok when they don't have enough passengers, I can understand. But making it so last moment that there is no time to think is what offended me. I wanted to sue the bus company for this behaviour. The bus driver especially doesn't understand that he can't boss over the customers. This is not the first time we had problems with this driver. He is extremely rude and needs to be told clearly that his behaviour might not be ok.

Response from staff was not good and for other than luggage bad if any box to carry even if it is small they are charging extra 200 to 500 rupees. And mainly bus reached destination 2.5 hours late.

i like the quality of service of SRM transports. But the last time I was disappointed with the travel time. It would be better if the blankets provided are steamed and pressed to mean hygienic to travellers.

Need more gas ? for A.C for more distance to travel. Suffered because of no sufficient A.C

Dear Sir I am tall and little extra leg space would have been great. The bus was 1 hour 45 minutes late. But the driver drove safely and hence I have no complaints A 12 hour journey in a semi sleeper is very tiring. Some extra space will be great. Thanks Jayakumar

Bus was canceled and they informed before 1hr of departure. They clubbed me in another route where I took anotherbus to reach my destination.

2 times backdown and 3rd time mit night 2.45 they have changed bus up to Rajamunthry than change Kakinada another bus

Bus driving was worst frequent brakes applied besides bus travelling in national highway. I have booked upto kakinada but they asked me get down at rajamundry, this is third time for me and they have not changed. If you(redbus) doesnt know please dont keep booking.(kaleeswari travels). The response from staff at kaleeswari travels at vijayawada for queries is the worst behaviour

Too bad.No proper responsibility. At last we got an information as bus break down.We really sufferred and because of them we had travel 100 Km more

As per schedule the bus should have reached by 7.00 AM at Kakinada. But am able to reach only by 10.45 AM and half of my day gone for nothing and not able to meet my clients as scheduled.
