The trip till Bengaluru was good. But after that it wasnt good. The trip from Bengaluru till Goa was deplorable. It was pathetic. The charging points were broken, the AC wasnt working well and the staff kept switching it on and off as per their whims and fancy. And also the bed sheets provided were unhygienic and i had a lot of bug bites and couldnt sleep the whole night. It seemed like the bus was seriously vandalised. I am very very very dissatisfied with the whole experience. Pls look into changing the bus which plies on the route of Goa to Bengaluru and vice versa.
I travelled on 17th october 2015 from Chennai to Goa. While booking it was shown that the coach is a volvo multiaxle coach, but when the coach came it was a double axle. It came on time. In Bangalore the coach was changed and I had to wait for 45 min for the next coach. This coach was a multiaxle. In this coach there were bedbugs and I was badly bitten. The staff was good. The coach was also good but because of the bedbugs I would say it was a bad experience.
We need to pay additional money for blanket. Charging port and WiFi service switched off by staff frequently. Punctuality is average.
It was nice to travel, comfortable. I would Like to come again
