Please do not encourage these kind of buses in Red bus. While booking, boarding time given was 9.55pm and bus came only by 10.40 pm. There was no service to Erode. We were dropped at Chittode Byepass and were asked to travel in local bus for 10 kms. The staffs were rude and they halted the bus for more than 1/2 hr in salem bus stand.Pathetic service.
Bus was full of dust maintenance was also very bad, unworthy trip
Very worst experience.bus come to boarding point 3hrs late. Very old bus they are operating. not experienced driver,he didnt know
AC was leaking and dripping water in almost all berths. Detouring chennai-kanchipuram-perungalathur, making 8 hours travel, extend upto 14 hours(excluding 1.30 hours delay in bus arrival). Unrul behaviour of staff who was not sure about the routes and depending upon passengers to fill diesel for the bus! Worst experience
