It turned to be a worst day for me ... I was about to attend an funeral on October 18th in Erode. Boarding pass : 5897B4 bus number : PY 01BZ 9399... I reached boarding point in Perungalathur by 10:30 PM and I was said the bus will come only by 11:45 PM, when my mticket says departure time is 11:30... waited and waited there in front of KPN office with 9 months baby in hand. Got a call by 12:00 PM saying Bus has been changed to 7925 and asked to board on bus which is standing 150 mtrs away from KPN office. ok ! took all my luggage and boarded bus by 12:15 PM.. Bus started only by 01:00 AM for which i had to call KPN office and shoutt.. Final mess happened when I noticed the bus didnt went to erode at all ... and were 70 kms away near avinashi.. ( real pain was : during my conversation with driver he asked : "how would I know you have to get down in Erode" felt like shitted - did pay 1300 for this !! ) after quarrel with driver got down on a small bus stand with 9 months baby & wife. I took local bus to and reached Erode after 1.5 hrs of travel (i.e October 18th 10:00 ).. I was about to attend an funeral but due to this all shit by KPN felt like as if I had a funeral day... these guys dont know what is punctuality and service. Bus I traveled was like a shareauto with AC.. please I expect somebody from KPN to give me a call like have a conversation.. Note : since this is a public forum, i thought to avoid profanity.. otherwise $%##%^%$

We travelled in the last two seats of the lower berth. The noise and vibrations were pretty bad for a multi axle Mercedes bus and the A/C was not sufficient enough to keep the cool. This was a day travel from Chennai to Erode. The staff said the A/C throw at the last seats would usually be pretty slow and nothing can be done about it. Better avoid the last seats.
