    The bus that came was a different bus from the one we booked and the same was delayed by an hour!

    Driver needs to be trained regarding applying breaks with regard to comfort of passengers. Pulse breaking were too high during the journey. However, he managed to keep up the timing.

    1 Bus Staff has not checked Identity card of any one of the passengers. 2. Bus left at 5.40 PM from Chennai point and reached at 8.10 AM scheduled to reach at 6.30 AM.
