The journey wasnt pleasant ..seat was uncomfortable ..the bus was very old ,the one they bought a century back ..noise was coming from the ceiling which made sure the passengers wont get a wink of sleep.. In total journey was terrible
We booked ticket & travelled in KPN Travels paying Rs 1200 per ticket, but comparing the cost of ticket to that bus is not fair. we are not satisfied, they are charging too much
Unprofessional behaviour by Parveen non AC bus staff.. He was shouting at me for opening the window because of suffocation. Never faced such issue before in AC snooze bus which is regularly used to go in Parveen travels.
stuck in traffic and i was on the way, they didnt even wait for 10 minutes by which i reached. But what made me upset was the staff who was very rude enough to hurt me by his words. Care should be taken by the travels company to train their staff on how to speak to customers
