It was mind destroying. Worst travel of my life. The driver managed to extent a 12 hrs journey to 17 hrs and helped me and my family miss an auspicious and very important occasion. Next time please make sure evrything is happening as u mentioned and promised on your website.

The bus quality was good. Smooth suspension, reasonably silent, and with comfortable seats. The bus came almost one and half hour late. And was very late at the destination. At the end they played irritating old generation Tamil songs, which could be avoided (It could be my personal issue).

There is 0 marks to select here ..kindly remove this bus from your website . to day eedbus is good and may the only one of that kind.but in future there can be other services too..and this type of bus operators and staff may be the reason for a client to shift to other services from redbud..And I heard that the operator in the similar way...reached 2 clock at Calicut.instead of 8.30..bust quality vary bad for a price more than a Volvo...quarrel between this staffs..instead of delay..second driver from Coimbatore contnously attending mobile stopping at expected times for the passengers especially ladies to go to toilets .....many passengers get down at coimabatore and palakkad to catch train ..somebody get down and tokk the sate service limited stop buses go to calcut where they already paid to Calicut ..and this bus can not have speed of more than 20 km/ hr on in the first gear it seems ..all local busess over take this words to describe....

My experience was not so pleasant. To begin, the quality of the bus was poor: No/ broken AC vents leaving a huge hole above the passenger which is stuffed by curtains for blocking unregulated airflow. Timeliness was terrible but it depended on the traffic condition. The driving was safe and gentle. There was confusion regarding seat numbers as few seats were missing/ did not exist in the bus.
