They stopped in karaikal unnecessary for one hour as they wanted to transfer passengers for madurai and trivandrum (those bases werent full).
First destination timing mentioned by redbus is wrong (it was mentioned as 6.15pm for arival at nagapattinam). Next I would better preferred government bus instead of the bus I traveled. Except the quality of interiors and exteriors nothing was good. Frequent stops with an average of 10 minutes per stop (total stopping time would be 1.30 hrs . Started at 1.30 in chennai and reached at 10 pm in nagapattinam .8.30 hrs travel for 314 kms . Average speed of 36 kms. Worst nightmare. Would never prefer and never travel with this travels. If you like to enjoy only interiors and doesnt care about timing and if your body permits to sit for prolonged period then u can travel with them or else stay away.
