Journey started at the right time. Travelling was good and comfortable. In between the travelling the bus staffs are accommodating some travelers those who do not possess proper tickets or bookings. In some circumstance this may cause some problem if these persons have some criminal background. After reaching Bengaluru we were forced to wait for Mysore bus for more than one hour with my family. This thing was not informed to us earlier. Quality of the bus is good and quality of staff behavior is not good. If the bus operator can look into this, travelling through the bus will be nice experience. Also the
I booked the tickets from chennai to Mysore. But I was to get down in Bangalore. Since they have cancelled the bus trip to Mysore and changed the destination point to Bangalore. But I did not receive any confirmation from red bus and sea bird. After reached Bangalore, they have asked us to get down since destination changed to Bangalore. It was the worst experience I had. Please refund the money. I want to talk with your support team. I am unable to reach you. Please help to get refund.
We were not informed that we had to wait in bangalore office for 1.5 hrs
we payed!1600 per head and was landed in a unknwn plce by the sea bird travels saying bus has breakdown.. and was not provided with alternate solition othr dan travelling in a non ac cab on sharing basis with 10 other passengers in same cab which delayed our travel by 5 hrs.. same happned whle return frm mysore to chn.I hve bukd fr ac sleeper frm mysore to chn bt was forced to travel b. Ac seater frm mysore to banglre with an intimation at lst tym but again 1nce the reaches banglore outer again bus had a issue at misnite and was askd to stand out for more dan 2 hrs and no alternate transport was provided till it got fixed... i never seen such a worst experience in my previous journey ... i would highly recommen Red bus to remove seabird from the list...
