Bus was very late. It was expected to reach Ernakulam at 8.00 AM, But I reached only by 10.30 AM. And the quality of the Bus was very bad. I didnt have the feel of being in a Volvo bus. It was just like a ordinary Bus.

Horrible trip in every way. 1. Ridiculous charge of 1950/- for Chennai - Ernakulam. Even sleeper coaches by reputed bus services have it as 1500 or less. 2. Below average bus. Cramped, bad seats and no place to put the bottle or essential things. 3. The bus COULD NOT TRAVEL AT MORE THAN 40 KMPH. We were supposed to reach Ernakulam at 8.30. But reached only Coimbatore only by 10.30 am. We quit the bus at this point 4. A/c did not work from early morning. By 8am, it was unbearable to sit in the bus. 5. Thanks to 3, the bus did not stop for dinner or breakfast. Please blacklist Maruthi and South Indian Travels. Redbus will only end up tarnishing your name if you take the services of these lousy operators.

After reaching the bus stop and then calling the operator i was informed that the bus has got a breakdown and he would an alternate service. AFter many calls made for a hr, i was finally asked to board on Non ac and was informed that i ll get another service available in coimbatore. This was totally pathetic and irresponsible.
