    Bus halted for a long time in Thiruvanmiyur to pick up passengers. Staff did not care to alert me when my destination stop was reached with the result I got down at a stop 2 hours away.

    No TV in the bus and they have not provide water bottle to the traveller.

    There is No response in Rathimeena office and no shelter for Boarding stage. We came there at 10.30 A.M but bus came at 11.48 A.M If they inform by SMS it will very convenient for the passengers. Thanks
