I have booked a ticket for AC bus.but they provided a non Ac bus and bus was delay 3 hrs.bus staff was saying that they will return money but till now i didnt get money.
The bus was good and well maintained. The AC functioned well. The punctuality was commendable. The only issue was the wait time between the van pickup and the original bus departure. Other than that the journey was a good one.
They never give a final reminder call before leaving like rest of transporters. They are happy to make money for those who did not board. Also, they dont have a good place as rest room. We have to urinate on road. Think about the ladies? Hence forth stopping midway in one place with good toilet facility should be one important parameter tracked in your rating and review system. Transporters who dont give this service should never be encourage. Govt transporters are good on this parameter
