bus condition is very bad bus tyre is busted in the the middle of no where. then they put me in another bus that bus also charged me 200 rupess per seat. dolphin is very bad

Conductor didn't give me my seat.it was occupied by other passengers.so really a bad experience to choose this bus.I was hardly able to sleep through out my journey to Kolkata.
