            By far the price was too steep as compared to other services. Also the bus was cramped and not even water was provided .


            Only bad think is that.... I think you have to change the route of bus from bhunter to kullu. Pls ,go via MohalMohal and gandhinager. Bcz it creates problem for passengers of kullu. There are no passangers between the way manikarn choke and the bridge (near kullu bus stand). Otherwise your service is exillent.


            AC should be more strong for comfortable journey. Stop charging by coolie for keeping luggage in diggy. The collie even did not accompany the bus The luggage was kept by me Even then he charged Rs 30 for 3 small bags




            The bus was late. And the attender was pretty rude.the bus broke down as well.


            Dear Concern, my travel was not too gud. The same seats were allotted to different persons which created confusion. After travelling for around 45 minutes bus was taken back to board a few foreigners, which got the arrival delayed by more than one & half hours. AC/Fans were not in proper working condition too. However, the driver and the other staff was very co-operative.....


            Never go for it these guys playing with the life of passanger single driver sleepy and no timing. Red bus must look the

            Not worth to travel....changed my seat which by saying that they have given it to a couple...AC was not working properly ...some drunk old aged man was next to my seat and whole smell of alcohol was in bus ...


            it is a very horrible experience, by night 10 o clock after reaching the sector 43 boarding point, by 2230 hrs called the travels to confirm the timing, he suddenly asked to come to other place telling that the bus will not come to the boarding point it is almost 27 km away from the boarding point and finally the bus came by 12.45 in the point they have told. It is very bad and horrible experience.


            bus timing was very poor . the timing is 10:35 but bus was going on 00:30 from chandigarh.


            Pathetic experience. No clarity on bus timing. Over all I'll give negative rating n will surely never travel again.


            It was really a very bad experience. Timing for d bus was 11.30 am but bus reached at 12.45 am. Me nd my wife feel so uncomfortable in such a cold night .no facility available at boarding point. Our seats were alaready booked


            Bus was late by 2 hours & 40 mins and the staff never even bothered to give us update about their timings. We been standing in cold and dark night all the time so not again


            I had specifically chosen a window seat on the 2nd row as I was travelling alone and it was clearly specified as a seat reserved for ladies only. However when the bus came in, the seat was already taken and the staff made no effort to make any changes or even acknowledge the mistake, despite my repeated requests. Also, the bus was an hour late. The only consolation was that the bus was in decent condition and the journey was uneventful.


            Started well on time.. One of the most comfortable buses I have been on.. Amazing driver and conductor. Highly recommended


            Ticket no, THBB64427464 Date of journey 21 october 2015 Sir, With frustration and anger i am writing this mail. I am absolutely dissatisfied the kind of service you provided. I booked HIM GAURAV TATA AC bus for 21 oct 2015 for my parents from Chandigarh to kullu. While booking the layout of seats was shown having more than 50 seats in total. and bus was large the seat no. 31 and 32 were in the middle somewhere. I booked in the middle of the bus so as for the convenience of my parents for the 8 hour long journey. Unfortunately I was not expecting the big mistake from your side. When i reached and seen the bus those seats were actually second last one. so there was huge difference in the actual number of seats in the bus and the layout shown in your website, My parents are old and in this 8 hour long journey they will surely feel difficulty at the second last seats. Keeping in view of their age i booked in the middle as per your layout of bus. I feel shocked and was never expected this kind of blunder from REDBUS.IN. I was fan of your services. But when i actually seen your services I prefer not to use your services from now onwards. Even I will try to book my parents will not agree me to book online tickets, especially from your website. I demand compensation from your side for such inconvenience caused. Also please from now onwards have a look at the layouts of bus which you are providing and the one which contractor is providing,. please keep an eye on that. also please check even now also from same kind of bus if i try to book for any other date it is still showing the same layout. Please correct it so that in future no other person will feel cheated after booking from your side. I demand compensation for the inconvenience .             no wifi in bus, no extra facility, seats are not good, and delayed by 3hours at starting point 1hours delayed, not acceptable as given a handsome fare to bus operator.


            Boarding point was not easily discoverable. Person who keeps luggage in the bus demanded extra money for just touching it. Redbus shows availability of number of buses with different fares in its site, whereas only one or two buses are available and person who got ticket for 550 and other person who got it in 1050 bucks travel in same bus. Cheating!!!!!!


            The bus arrived 2 hours late. We were made to wait near sector 43 which was buzzing with mosquitoes. The staff were kept on lying about the time. If they were honest enough, we could have at least waited somewhere else. I strongly recommend not to choose this travels.


            the quality of bus was very bad. when it started to rain the rain actually started coming inside the bus. the seats were too old and dirty. not recommended bus.fair was also high.


            i booked ticket of himachal transport bus but had accomodated in poor quality private bus bus agency.i pay more money for ticket in HRTC. if its not possible, then why should traveller pay more for average bus.


            the seat number shown during booking was not same after the ticket booked.


            I mised my bus because of your miss communication. My experience was terrible. Next day I made a call to customer care sharing my whole experience and she never thaught of giving me a call back. This was my first and last booking with REDBUS.             I had a worst experience. City Land Travels , their bus was 2 hours late and they did not pick my call when I was waiting at the bus stop to call. After 2 hours they responded they did not even inform me that bus was going to be late. And the manager was sooo RUDE, he was not ready to listen to me. I will never be able to rely on Redbus again


            it was good travelling via red bus from chandigarh to kullu but the volvo should also have charging points on evry seats and otherwise it was gud


            During the day of travelling i.e. 26 May 2015 in the evening I got a call from the bus people that Boarding point from SCO 1064-65, Sector 22,Chandigarh is changed to Mohali which should not be happening next time. As the person who is traveller from other state gets confused with such mismatch that also at night time. Please kindly do note such things should not be repeated with any other passenger....Rest bus service was nice...and your ticket system that is red bus is awesome...


            The bus was running very late i.e. Dep. time was 22:45 bu the bus arrived at 02:00 am, which was very irritating. Secondly, the bus arrived from Delhi with passengers on board sitting on booked seats, which was booked by me online. I was having 10 nos. of seats booked but the bus was not having that much seats vacant and also other seats were also pre-occupied, which caused tremendous inconvenience. This seems to be non co-ordination between Transporters and Redbus and also the staff on board was not having any reasonable answer about this pre occupation of seats and booked seats. This caused us very much inconvenience since we were travelling with family consisting of ladies and childrens. This should not happen again with online booking organization for their reliability.


            Never book bus from this travel.The bus was late for more than 3 hours and when you try to contact the bus staff on the phone they were very rude.


            At least it should reach the reported time given 10:30 PM instead of 01:00 AM. Either Your site is not updated or their making you fool. I am not going to use the site. prefer another one. Dam sure. I wasted 2 to 3 hors time. Worst service from both.


            The bus never came and when we contacted your call centre, they did not solve our problem. We felt like deserted at midnight and made around 30-40 calls on different numbers, and now most probably i am thinking of going to consumer court.




            Bus did not pick me up. It didnt arrive at the pick up point.I had to travel by a different bus. Please refund my money.
