With frustration and anger i am writing this mail. I am absolutely dissatisfied the kind of service you provided. I booked HIM GAURAV TATA AC bus for 21 oct 2015 for my parents from Chandigarh to kullu. While booking the layout of seats was shown having more than 50 seats in total. and bus was large the seat no. 31 and 32 were in the middle somewhere. I booked in the middle of the bus so as for the convenience of my parents for the 8 hour long journey. Unfortunately I was not expecting the big mistake from your side. When i reached and seen the bus those seats were actually second last one. so there was huge difference in the actual number of seats in the bus and the layout shown in your website, My parents are old and in this 8 hour long journey they will surely feel difficulty at the second last seats. Keeping in view of their age i booked in the middle as per your layout of bus. I feel shocked and was never expected this kind of blunder from REDBUS.IN. I was fan of your services. But when i actually seen your services I prefer not to use your services from now onwards. Even I will try to book my parents will not agree me to book online tickets, especially from your website. I demand compensation from your side for such inconvenience caused. Also please from now onwards have a look at the layouts of bus which you are providing and the one which contractor is providing,. please keep an eye on that. also please check even now also from same kind of bus if i try to book for any other date it is still showing the same layout. Please correct it so that in future no other person will feel cheated after booking from your side. I demand compensation for the inconvenience . I hope I gave a fair review of your service and the problem faced by me.
