Bus was picked 1.15hour late at chalakudy and dropped 3.15late in Coimbatore. Very very poor service
No proper air conditioning on a hot day
Bus was awesome, but pick up timing only missed , dropping time is as per schedule. I like AEON CONNECT bus .
Travelled in a old bus,ac was functioning but not cooling.an average experience.not a bad one !.
Pathetic service..driver was 2hrd late at pick up point..no proper communication from kallada office at chalakudy or call center. No proper communication from redbus..this will be the last travel and will never use through redbus.

We reached the pick up point at 1600 hrs as mentioned in the message by red bus where as the bus (Suppa Travels)reached at 1700 hrs and 1 hour waiting at the road was so horrible. Request to change the timing in accordance with the travels

Very couteous and considerate driver and conductor. We both being senior citizens were given comfortable seats and treated with patience and respect. Will use Supaa Travels for this sector always.
Bus was late by half an hour. Also the travels name mentioned in the ticket was false. There is no travels in the name of safari travels. But therw was bus tracking. Which was useful to find bus location.
i boarded at chalakudi, bus timing is 4 o clock, but bus reached @ 4.45 p.m , and i have travelled many times bus comes half an hour late in most days, dey can change the timing to avoid unnecessary waiting, staff behaviour is nt polite...
The travelling was a good experience. But the bus came 1 hour late. The reason said was heavy traffic.

While travelling to Coimbatore the bus dropped us at the L&T bipass .They took us by a mini bus which had no standards of the bus we had booked. The bus personal should personally inform the customers 15 minutes in advance about the stop
Very good....only thing is time delay...te scheduled tym was 7:45am and it came around 8:30am
very poor customer care support, please do not book this bus and also you cannot cancel and get the refund amount once you have booked. i had a very bad experience.
