        31-Jan-2016

Reporting Time written in ticket was 8.20 pm and departure time was 8.40 pm. But the bus arrived at 9.25 pm and left at 9.30 pm. The bus staff waking up like nothing to confirm my seat no and where I get in to the bus. This is very frustrating since I m sitting and relaxing myself in my seat and somebody disturb me in between. So frustrated for this journey.
