Bus punctuality is very good...i like travel this bus...
- They stop at a filthy hotel for dinner but it's very expensive
- Some unscheduled stops in the midway
When I was communicating with the staff regarding arrival and stop, the staff asked me to communicate in Telugu, as a traveller I can talk hindi or English.
This was my first time travel on diwakar. Was expecting a better time management and professionalism.
awesome journey and safely I reached to my destination . nice one
I had booked ladies seat E4. But after some time, conductor asked me to go to backside which was also ladies seat as he wanted to allot to some people. Even after I denied, he urged me to shift. I didn't like this behavior
My entire journey is disappointed with your travel as there was no TV displayed staff giving irregular answers the dhaba on which they stopped for dinner is too early

only option to travel by bus from brahmapur to hyderabad, In this respect, cant be judged. However the buses to hyderabad from places like Bangalore, Mumbai, etc at the same price are far better.
We had a booking of 3 seats. We husband wife and kid. Where my husband was sitting from the AC vent water was dripping. It was continuously dropping. When I complained to the helper he said this happens sometimes and didn't even talk to us properly and left. After 30 minutes of continuous dropping I complained to the driver, he was very rude in behaviour and harsh in words. He said this is not his problem and very rudely said call the office. When I said he need to solve it right now otherwise I will call police. He didn't bother I had to call 100 -police. When police talked to him and gave him ultimatum he said after 20 minutes he will resolve. The place where he stopped for dinner which such dirty and useless place. We couldn't even have our dinner. There some driver named Qadar... He came talked to us politely and tried to solve the problem. Then after there was no water dropping. The same thing the previous driver could have tried in the same courteous manner. Very bad experience.
