I have booked the ticket from Bilagi to Bangalore on 16th August 2016 in SRS Travels and in the web site bus timing mentioned was 6:30 pm but as i am the regular customer of SRS travels i knew that bus will start at 7 pm from Bilagi.
And that day i arrived 10 mins late i.e 7:10 pm but bus was already left.
Even i did't receive any call from the service operators there in the Bilagi. He was arguing with me and he said that he will not call the customer who has booked through online.
Please update the correct bus timings in the website first then please make sure that all the customers who has booked the ticket has got into the bus or not.
Please take some steps to help to the customers.
