The cruew of the bus was really arrogant and are not supportive at all. The positive thing is that bus arrives at the right time and reached my destination without delay..
Bus driver and his partner said that bus will not going to Chinchwad, you will have to get down. So we have got down at Sambhaji Park, which is not our dropping point. And that day there was a heavy.
This was the most pathetic experience ever. Do not chose this bus service or redbus. THEY ARE FRAUD! I had booked a ticket from bhusawal to pune for a sleeper coach departing at 7 in the evening. However when I reached the boarding point I was asked to board another bus by the operator saying their bus had some work to be done and I will get to board it from jalgaon. I was forcefully asked to travel in cabin sitting on a bench as I was told there was no space in the bus. After reaching jalgaon which is about 1.5 hrs drive we were waiting for our bus for more than 1hr 40mins. I was never told while booking that I would have to travel in cabin or that I would have to change the bus in jalgaon. It was a major inconvenience. If Redbus cares about its reputation it should stop dealing with such fraud and arrogant operators. I will spread this incident through all possible social media so that others dont face this trouble and stay away from redbus and their bus operators.
Good service, good quality.
