I had booked AC sleeper travels. But actually a non-A/C bus was provided. Upon asking more driver said no this is a non-A/C bus and we cant do anything, call office.. This is not acceptable. I booked an A/C bus and felt like charged for A/C bus but on the spot was denied of it.
Driver was very rude. They are asking for luggage and demanding for money on time. Office staff is unaware of this. Please make sure that you dont pay any luggage charges to the drivers.
I will never recommend this travel to anyone. As usual travel fare is very high. Bus quality is THIRD CLASS. Beds are dirty, stinks, no blanket provided, all loose part makes noise in whole journey, AC is just for namesake, Window glasses are loose. Better to go with another travels like Sairam..!
The name of travel is not the travel which I came to pune its another travel bus.
