1. Bus was 1hr 15 min late
2. Con no. Provided online were not useful, when we called that no to enquire about bus no. and bus driver contact no. to know bus's status, but instead we were asked to call other person n again other person. In all we called 5 different people, we lost our cool and asked d person sternly that u were the 5th person to call, then he provided us the bus details. It means they have the details but not ready to help.
3. We were 3 people with 2 luggage per person but there was no space to keep lugggage, somehow one bag was adjusted n rest we had kept with us at our seat. We got the reason for it at departure point, when one family of 6 person get down with luggage counts to more than 20.
4.As we alighted bus, we saw people were seating at the passage with their baggage, it was a good experience for us to reach our seats which were at the last. I guess those people were allowed in bus through some internal setting with driver. These people were sipping bidis in bus.
5. Since our seat was last upper bearth the space compared to other seats is less, plus with our luggage, we were cramped in to the small space.
Sone pe suhaaga thing was, when we came to know that our seats location were different from wat we actually booked online. We booked
2 seats last upper bearth right side as per online, in actual it was of left side with one seat directly in front of passage with no privacy, seats as per online and actual are different atleast for last row. 3rd person was altogether given a different seat. It was not a value for money experience.
If u can avoid it its good, if it's very urgent then please see to it u book starting or the middle rows seat and not the last rows.
