First of all, I want refund. I had booked for 11:45 p.m. but was informed at 8 p.m. that it has been cancelled and I have been adjusted on 9 p.m. bus. That also happened when I actually called from my side to confirm the boarding point. I was given the last seat of the bus which is very bad if the roads are bad. Above that one of their staff came and slept by my side around 2 a.m. but not before dumping sandals and personal items kept below on me. When confronted he showed no signs of regret. This was by far the most horrible experience of my life. Dear redBus if you are reading this then kindly refund my money.
